We keep the data we need to provide your services and no more. This page explains what that is and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, billing address and company (if given).
• Order & billing records, including invoices and the services you hold.
• Domain registrant details, as required by the registry.
• Operational logs needed to run and secure the platform.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

To provide and renew your services, take payment, send service and account email, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. On the public pages and the free tools we also allow third-party cookies for advertising (see below). You can control or block cookies in your browser, but blocking essential ones may stop parts of the site working.

Advertising

We show ads on our public pages and free tools to help fund them; these are served by Google AdSense. Quiver members and signed-in customers don’t see ads.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info.

If you’re in the UK or EEA, we ask for your consent to non-essential (including advertising) cookies through a consent banner before they are set, and you can change your choice at any time.

Your rights
