Most small sites do not fail dramatically. They drift: an update goes unapplied, a form quietly stops sending, a plugin goes stale for two years. A care plan is the standing arrangement that stops that happening, plus a block of my time each month for whatever you actually need doing.

Before you sign up
The minutes do not roll over. Twenty minutes is twenty minutes a month, not four hours saved up by Christmas. If a job is bigger than that, I will tell you before starting, not after.
Cancelling stops the next payment, not the service you have paid for. You keep the month you bought, and nothing is taken away early.
The domain is registered in your name. If you leave, it leaves with you. We will hand over the auth code or change the tag, and we will not make you ask twice.
The included domain is .co.uk or .com, whether you are registering a new one or moving an existing one to us. Those are the endings whose year fits inside the first payment. Anything else we can still handle, it just sits outside the plan.
Moving a domain in does not take your site down. A transfer changes who bills you for the name, not where it points, so nothing goes dark while it happens.
